I want to wish everyone a happy, healthy New Year to you and your loved ones. There is no post for this holiday weekend and I will pick things back up again (for 51 straight weeks) this coming week. Other than Green Thumb M&A (which I will cover shortly), there was not much to share.

I have one other piece of news: Stock Market Nerd will be moving over to a different newsletter template in the coming weeks (Beehiiv). Everything will remain 100% FREE and current subscribers will be automatically subscribed to the new site.

I also wanted to thank you all for your interest in my work. I was not expecting such strong demand for the content and I am eternally grateful. I love researching and writing about stocks and markets — because of you I can continue doing just that. Onward and upward friends!
