This pains me a little being part of the SEC, but congrats on the win last week. Well earned and deserved.

Hey Brad, first just wanted to say a huge thank you for what you do! I look forward to each week's newsletter and it has helped me tremendously as an investor to see the type of rigour that goes into really understanding how to invest for the long run in amazing companies.

I had a quick question regarding PGNY, as I've been looking to enter the name, but have been just been doing my own DD on it for the past little while. Something I haven't really been able to discern is the effect that the recent Roe vs. Wade supreme court decision may have on the business moving forward. My wife was smart to point out that families may be more hesitant to do IVF in a state that bans abortion, as there is a higher rate of issues with IVF and families may be forced to proceed (or so our thinking was). We're from Canada, so not as familiar with all of the ins and outs of the changes, but any commentary you have on this (or if you've already written on it, a kind pointing in the right direction) would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I'm really loving a lot about this company and think the run way is massive.

Anyways, sorry for the super long comment and thank you again for all you do, know it is really appreciated!

Great question! They've seen no material impact and expect no impact. Those in affected states are a small % of revenue and they've been traveling to other states (even before this news because there are better clinics in New York vs. Alabama for example) to get treatment instead. Fertility tourism is very big here just based on the difference in service quality between states. Our healthcare system is super weird.

I had heard about the fertility tourism thing before, definitely seems odd to us up north haha, but thank you for the reply and the info. I figured they would have been on top of this from the start and figured out work arounds, as management seems to be always thinking forward, but nice to hear it from you! Thanks again for all you do!

Happy to. I share my portfolio in the last section of each article. Interested to hear how I can make that disclosure better. Thank you in advance for the suggestion.

Hey Brad, it's clear why Disney would want to partner with the NFL. But why would the NFL want to limit competition for distribution rights (and therefore weaken its pricing power)? Just to own a minority stake in Disney? The tradeoffs don't seem to be worth it for the league and owners.
